Very easy and pretty flowers
The arrival time was great and flowers were beautiful, however 4 of the flowers arrived broken and fell apart as soon as it was unwrapped. Overall wasn't satisfied and will use a different company.

They were left at the door! My sister was in the backyard and didn't hear the door. She was not called. The flowers were in the truck at 9:30 am and delivered at 5 sick and wilted! Product was totally not as pictured. Described as long stem roses and felt they were not long stem at all. Definitely shorter than pictured. Also the vase was a clear glass vase with an insert...how disappointing for the price.

Can't apply discounts properly, issues with not accepting credit card, customer service was horrible with last call I was on trying to order and figure out problems, way to long of a process and him not understanding or able to understand him, give me credit just to charge me back same credit. 3rd time in a week I've ordered, 1st, great, 2nd, absolutely horrible and got completely ripped off of $75 even when given some credit back. Now 3rd time puts me to an end. I just pray that the flowers come as suggested and not ruined like my last order.

I've order from here several times before and always got beautiful flowers. But the last time I got them they were not the same quality as before and they shipped them out 2 days before I got them and they were starting to die. Very disappointed.
I couldn't use my discounts that I had because the discount box was darkened out and every time I tried to click on my cart, it kept saying I had nothing in there, it was frustrating and annoying to say the least!
The chocolates were melted, cheesecakes warm. Absolutely no dry ice packed in order. So upset

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
