Vendor didn't deliver on scheduled day. Said nobody home, but they got other deliveries that day from other companies and were in quarantine so definitely home. As this was for a birthday it was disappointing that they didn't deliver on the day even though order was placed 4 days prior
Wanted fastest delivery for Mother's Day and extremely happy it could be done.

The one thing that does bother me is the substitute flowers caveat. I would like to know what these substitute flowers are going to be and I would rather have the florist contact me so that I could review the substitute flowers they plan to use. I want to make sure they are of equal or better value if a substitute has to be made and if the substitute is going to reflect the mood I wanted to convey through the choice of flowers.

I ordered a sympathy plant. I was pleased with the price and the timely manner in which it was delivered. I did not see the plant so I am unable to comment on the plant itself.
The delivery was sent to a 'pick up point'. My recipient had to go and get her own flowers. I don't even know if they were still fresh when she finally received them.
Your site was so much easier to use than the websites although some of your upgrade buttons to view the medium or premium options didn't show the upgraded choice.

I bought 2 dozen Roses on fromyouflowers.com for my Daughter's 40 Birthday. They arrived at night the day After her Birthday. They were pretty. Delivery man never rang her Bell or knocked. I'm very unsatisfied.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
