Take an order then say they cannot fulfill it until 2 days later - then they cannot fulfill it then. Spent over 30 minutes with them on the phone mostly being put on hold. Absolutely horrible experience do not use under any circumstances. They are a third party that is farming out to local florists and taking a cut of the florist's profit.

I will never place an order through this company again. Flowers were scheduled to be delivered BEFORE 12 noon. Finally after trying to call (no agent), virtual chat ( stayed in queue and was disconnected, and emailing (no response) they were delivered at 1030pm. ( I have the email as proof) to top it off the order that arrived was NOT what I ordered
I ordered a plant to be delivered on May 4th as it was the grand opening of the cancer center in Denton Texas that our friend worked on for an entire year! They delivered it a whole week early and the center hadn't even been opened up yet. I was told they would send some more flowers on May 4th to make up for the error on delivery but I do not think that ever happened.

Ordered chocolates for mothers day and received them one day early all melted and hot, packaged in a cardboard box wraped in some kind of foil. If you live in a hot climate DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Mother's day officially ruined.

Your website guaranteed delivery no later than 5pm. When the flowers did not arrive I chatted with one of your associates who told me that you cannot control UPS delivery time and that it could be 7pm or later. Very disappointed as this was an anniversary gift for my wife. If I had known you might not deliver until late in the evening, I would have ordered from a different vendor.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
