The arrangement was not was betrayed on your web site. It was lackluster for the price and for what I thought I was getting.
Had a horrible first experience. April 28 tried to order 5 bouquets...So much trouble on website. Wanted delivery on May 1st for May Day. Called and had great experience with Britany who tried everything. Order failed...credit card trouble...think it was due to trying "Free Shipping.com"
One problem today online and phone was not being able to do one order for all...especially would have liked to order the two bouquets that were going to same address together.
I received a 12 rose delivery to me. They are beautiful and smell terrific. I have had two of my loved ones call to say the same. One person is in her 80s and shared that getting the flowers out of the box was hard for her. I agreed that cutting the black zip tie was tough. If you could develop and easy release that would be an improvement.
If there is a way to get set up a personalized alert for flower deals it would encourage me to buy. I get too many generic promo emails.

The website was easy to use and to place my order. The delivery was prompt and I even got a phone call saying it was delivered.

They were for Mothers Day. Yes delivery was great. Bouquet seems small from picture my Mom sent. Not sure if it's because only a few have opened. Still pretty.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
