But, upon receiving the flowers, and examining it, some of the purple flowers were dry, dead, and even broken and hanging. It was a gift to my co-worker and I expedited it so she would get it at work, and ON her Birthday. I called the 800 # and they apologized - offered to waive ship/expedite costs, and even upgrade flowers for a second shipment. Wow, that was acceptable.
Well, the second shipment of flowers never arrived. When I called the actual flower shop, they acted surprised and unaware about the 2nd order. They offered to ship the next day - but I really wanted my co-worker to get the flowers ON her birthday, so declined. Then they became a little nervous and admitted to having received the 2nd order, but that it was "unattended to". Wow, not good. I had to call the 800# the next day and got reimbursed completely. The sad little bunch of spring flowers sit on my co-worker's desk - without the purple flowers. :(
Arrangements are easy to find.
Although the flowers delivered were pretty, they look nothing like the ones I ordered and for that I am truly unsatisfied. Don't get me wrong the I appreciate the price but they look nothing alike...

Everything was delivered fresh and on time / early, but the name for the delivery was mine not the person who it was delivered to. But everything worked out ok.

It would be nice if the picture icon could adjust for the size of the different prices. Also, it would be helpful to know and estimated "del'y" charge up front before checkout. I might have purchased a smaller size knowing the del'y fee was so high. It would be helpful to receive an EMAIL when delivery is complete.

I was promised a delivery before noon because my wife leaves at noon and they weren't delivered until 12:30 after she was gone. I am very upset about this.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
