I ordered my flowers on a Tuesday paying 4.99 to have delivered that Thursday and I did not receive them until the following Monday. I ordered 2 other flowers at the same time and they got delivered on time.
The basket looks like it has off brand candy from the dollar store no Hershey's or Reese's I paid way too much for it to not have been name brand candy and Fuller I'm not a happy customer right now it was pretty embarrassing

This was a HORRIBLE experience! I said the delivery date I wanted was 5/13. They were delivered on 5/11. So by the time the recipient got there to get them, they were all scraggly looking and half dead. Absolutely NOTHING like the picture showed. I will NEVER order from here again.

I do not recommend using this flower delivery service. I asked for delivery on May 4. It did not show up. So I used the chat part of customer service to ask about the problem. I had to contact them everyday until May 9. Everyday they apologized and said they would investigate the problem. First they said it was delivered but no one was at the residence. That was a lie. Then it changed to being delivered the next day. They offered a 10% refund, then a 20%, then 50% and a $20 gift certificate. The order finally arrived on May 12.8 days late. Most of the CSRs were courteous. One ended the chat without even trying to help me at all.
I had ordered from this company before. The order I received was incorrect so I contacted them and they gave me a credit for a future order. I used the credit for my most recent order for Mother's day.
The first thing that went wrong was that the order would be delayed but they offered me a partial refund. I accepted since it was too late to order from anywhere else.
The second thing that went wrong is that they sent me an email telling me they had been delivered when we actually never received them. When I contacted them about it, they insisted they were delivered in the afternoon. I live here, I've been here all day waiting for the flowers, I know they were not delivered.
Never giving them my business again.

Ordering my flowers was a very easy experience.
I ordered flowers from this company several days before Mothers day to deliver flowers the day before Mothers day. No flowers arrived. Multiple emails and phone calls, plenty of apologies, they were to send the flowers even if late, 2 days after Mothers day, still no flowers. Then customers service reps, bounce you around, act as if I was in the wrong. Stated they were going to refund my money and stlll send flowers, and absolutely no flowers were delivered as of today... Reporting them to the BBB. This is an absolutely lousy company. I will never order from them, and noone of my family will as well. And we have a large family. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Don't trust them to make good on their promise to deliver. It won't happen but they will reschedule your delivery for a week out and hope that it gets delivered that time...
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
