As I said with my first review, above. It turns out you did not have exactly what I was looking for... I order the "Lovely Lavender Bouquet" because the flowers and vase were in the purple family and that is my daughters favorite color. The flowers were correct, however the vase was regular clear vase. My daughter still liked them, but I was disappointed. I thought I found exactly what I wanted, but did not... The vase should be something they keep in stock, it won't wilt or die.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
