This was a overall very easy experience. I got these for my mom because we just lost my dad a few weeks ago and Mother's Day was always a special day for her :( she was so so happy with the flowers, card and balloon! Thank you very much for making it easy to send flowers from West Coast to East Coast! Only thing is the flowers I ordered were under 'same day delivery' but I do understand everything going on is also messing a lot up. But they still cake today (Wednesday) instead of Mother's Day but she was still so very happy! Thank you!

This item was send to my sister as her mother-in-law passed away. She spends a lot of time in her yard and has many different plants and flowers. When I saw the azaleas I thought they would be perfect as she could transplant them into her yard to enjoy for many years to come and a nice remembrance of her mother-in-law. I was very disappointed when she sent me a picture of what she actually got. It was pretty but not what I had expected! I ordered azaleas and that is not what she received.
The flowers were delivered and they do not look anything like the picture. They are already almost dead. For what I paid for, I can't believe y'all delivered these horrible flowers.
