I was prompted to enter my email address in order to save 20% but the discount was not applied to my order nor was I able to choose "use gift certificate". Also, adding a magazine subscription to the end of the checkout process was a very under-handed move and you will definitely be hearing from me in person if the opt-out option did not work.

This was a gift and from the picture I saw the vase was great, the flowers were not as great a quality as I would've liked as the roses were starting to brown at the edges already but the number of stems were correct, no issues with delivery.

Is the second time I'm very disappointed with this company. I want to surprise my sister for her Birthday. The flowers delivered were nothing like the ones I ordered!. I paid $50 dollars, don't waste the money! Don't order anything with this company!

12/22/15: the order was delivered on time. I was somewhat disappointed because the picture showed red roses in the Christmas tree but the delivered product had only very small red flowers with the babies breath and the evergreens.
The flowers were delivered on time and they were beautiful. The person who recieved the flowers was very happy. It made my Christmas perfect.

Not pleased that flowers were left on porch, didn't realize that was going to happen. Vase was broken upon delivery and the initial response from florist was poor. They did turn it around and deliver another but not until being told the recipient would have to go to their store or wait till Monday. Expected better service.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
