Excellent quick delivery with great communication regarding order and delivery
Last year I ordered two,fruit baskets which were well received. This year I ordered three of the same baskets, for Christmas Eve delivery. One was delivered two days early and another as two days late and I haven't received an email confirmation yet. The two delivered in Staten Island were scrawny and did not contain pineapple or bananas as was in the picture.
I have not seen them as the were sent to ma.my family said they were beautiful & arrived as ordered. Will use you again.Thank you!

Waiting to post shipping price till end is super shady...delivery person was super rude, was unwilling to work with recipient bc (unbeknownst to me they were not in town for the night) & threatened additional charges if he had to return again...will not order through site again

The floral arrangement was a gift to my sister who lives 150 miles away. She called to tell me she received th flowers and they were beautiful.

The flowers arrrived at a time we expected but, what I got looked nothing like what they displayed on the website. Actually I was quite embarrassed by the flowers. The vase was not opaque white, it was clear. As displayed on the website, the water the flowers were in was murky green, the arrangement looked like it was just thrown in the vase, the greens were bent and marred on the tulips and there was nothing special about it. They charged me exceptional amount to be delivered. I could of done a better job of putting flowers in a vase and charging me 70 bucks and could of used better flowers. Just disapointed.
I was supposed to have been called before the delivery and instead they just left them on the front porch
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
