Fast I love this thank you

Good, but still wish i could send flowers that are loose, cut, in a box, not a pre-designed vase. And i wish there were a category for this on the website so you didn't have to look at every type of flower arrangement option to see if you could select 'no vase' as an option.

Not happy with my order, what I ordered was not what was delivered. Delivery was a day earlier than what i had requested. What i paid for is not what i got. Will not use you again.

Woukd have liked the flowers to last longer

I ordered a Christmas arrangement to be delivered on Dec. 21. It arrived on time. My friend received them just in time for her Christmas party and sent me a picture. They were really beautiful. The roses were gorgeous and fresh. I was very pleased. The price was good in comparing the same type arrangement with other sites.

I ordered flowers 6 days ago from this company and my sister has still not received them. I have called 3 times and keep getting the run around about them contacting the florist and will make sure they go out. They will also not give you the name of the florist they are using in your town. I will never use them again

Flowers was much smaller than I would like for the money!

The flowers were as beautiful as they looked in the picture. They were also delivered on schedule.

My order wss placed with ease and delivery was made on time.

The service charge is a bit cheeky! I would prefer to see the price that I am paying up front

I asked my demented father via phone if he received the flowers. He stated there was a beautiful basket of flowers delivered. When asked about the box of candy he wasn't quite sure, but was distracted by visitors. I believe the visitors must've stolen the candy!

I'd like to see full amount due, inc service and shipping, before proceeding to payment. Otherwise good.

I can understand that festive season is going on but u must tell the exact status. Anyway I like ur flowers. Good job done. I appreciate this. I've used this company or years and always have had good luck.

I never received an e-mail stating the flowers were delivered. I had to use other methods to find out if they were received. Disappointing! This never happened before. Is it a new way of service?
