This is my fourth time ordering. No problems until today, Mother's Day. It is 7:30pm and my flower delivery to my mother has not arrived yet. Placed a call to the 1-800 number about two hours ago and after waiting approximately 20 minutes got connected to a representative. He confirmed that the flowers had not been delivered and assured me that it was in transit for delivery. I told him how disappointed at the service I was, how I ordered the flowers one week ago and paid extra to have the flowers delivered on Mother's Day and that I assumed delivery would be before 5:30pm (Day time). He went on to say that my mother would be happy to receive her tardy gift, blah blah, blah. No true apologies. The day is over... she probably thinks that she received nothing today. She is a senior living in a senior community... once it gets dark they pretty much don't open the door and call it a nightZ. After disputing his comments, he offers me a minimal 15 percent off my purchase and a ten dollar gift certificate for future purchase. Will there be another future purchase?
Called again this morning, the day after Mother's Day. My flowers never got to my mother on Mother's Day. The rep today told me that the florist ran out of flowers yesterday. So why wasn't I notified early in the day yesterday or earlier? Why would they run out of flowers? Why did the rep last night tell me at 5:30pm that they were going to be delivered on Mother's Day and that he knew my mother "would be happy to receive them any time of the day?" Again this was a order placed close to one week ago. I spoke to three reps this morning... one offered a higher discount 30% off with delivery today, more than that he would have to cancel my order and give me full refund. I then waited another 45 minutes to speak directly to a supervisor who could offer full refund and send the flowers to my mother by 3pm today. I tracked my order ten minutes ago, and it does not state they they were delivered yet: that was at 2:50pm. What a huge disappointment!

I ordered flowers mid week last week and they were supposed to come between 5/8 but no later than Mother Day.

Each day their site said they were coming on time.

I waited and nothing has come, ever. I wrote twice to ask where my flowers were and their customer service is non-existent.

They made me into an empty handed fool on Mothers day because I believed them.

There are a dozen companies that perform this type of service- please use someone else and stay far away from this Lousy, dishonest company.

By the way- I still got billed for 0 delivery!

P.S. I keep receiving emails that mention discounts if I order, after I have already placed my order. I would like to have emails about potential discounts I have earned, before I place my next order.

I ordered two sets of flowers for Mother's day to be delivered on Saturday. I even paid extra shipping to get there on Saturday (vs Monday) since they did not have an option for delivery on the actual day. Saturday comes and goes and my flowers aren't there. Meanwhile the online tracker says "scheduled for delivery." On Sunday I call first thing and after being on hold for a while I'm told they cannot reach the flower company but will leave them a message and call me back. A few hours later I still hear nothing from them, so I call back and am told that the flowers are guaranteed to come by 6pm. Lo and behold 6pm passes and I call at 6:30, they tell me the flowers are not going to be delivered. Like a normal person, I ask for a refund and they tell me they can give me 20% off... what!? I say no I want a total refund and they say okay what about 20% off and a cancelled delivery fee. I'm sorry what part are we not understanding!? So I calmly ask "Why would I pay any money at all for a product that I did not receive?" With that astounding logic, they finally agree to give me a full refund. Thanks for nothing. Don't get me wrong, the women on the phone were very nice and I feel bad they have to deal with angry customers when it's clearly a company problem. Don't put "guaranteed delivery" on your site if you can'y guarantee delivery and then expect me to pay for flowers I never receive.

I ordered flowers for my 81 year old mother whom I haven't seen because of this pandemic in 2 months. I wanted her to know I love her and miss her. Well they didn't deliver them and didn't notify me. They just cancelled them. I called and they said we will refund your money. Well that's just great! I WANTED the flowers delivered to my mom not a refund. I will never buy from this company again!

This was the second time I used this site. First delivery was great but this time the flowers were not what I ordered not even close. Very disappointed with not only the amount of flowers most of it was filler. Waste of money. Won't order from here again if they use the same flower shop again. Very dissatisfied.

I ordered flowers for my mother about a week before Mother's Day. I made sure to input a zip code when searching for both flower and shipping options because my parents live in a small mountain community about 1 hour from any UPS / FED EX stores and any major city with airports, etc. I was assured that they would be delivered the Friday before Mother's Day. On Mother's Day, I found out that they had not arrived. When I checked the order status, I was told that the delivery option selected was not available in my parent's area. The flowers would be delivered the Tuesday after Mother's Day (more than a week after leaving the floral company clearinghouse). I cannot imagine they will be fresh and beautiful after sitting in a box for a week in a warehouse, so I called For You Flowers to inquire what could be done. Their response was that I needed to call UPS. While the customer service agent apologized, they were not willing to refund my purchase, send a fresh bouquet, or anything else. They left me on hold multiple times for a total of more than 1 hour before transferring me to a manager who offered a 15% refund on the purchase price. The flowers never arrived. Neither did the refund.

Ordered flowers for mother's day, found a beautiful bouquet that was supposed to be pink roses and lilies. What my mom got was a bunch of greenery and 3 roses, and nine Lily's that weren't even open. Who knows if they will ever open. Pd $75 for greenery. Tried to upload a picture but it wouldn't let me. Btw, they make you give a 1 star rating, I give it a zero rating
