I was happy with the flowers and they were delivered exactly as they were supposed to be-right on the date asked. I was surprised with the delivery fee though.
I ordered flowers on may 4th to be delivered may 9th, for mothers day. I spent almost $200 on two orders. I contacted them on the 9th after 5pm as the flowers werent delivered yet. They said they were looking into it. It is now mothers day and no flowers for my mom or mother in law. Way to ruin a holiday. I have ordered from them previously and the order was beautiful which is why i reordered. I am extremely disappointed.

Easy to access choices very affordable
The flowers were not near what the photo showed and I paid for the one that was suppose to look like the photo on the site. I'm actually very disappointed in the amount of flowers received. I have a stick photo from you and a photo of the bouquet and it doesn't compare at all. The good thing is that they were delivered exactly when they were suppose to be so that was wonderful. I don't know if I would order again because how sad the bouquet looked though. Each flowers was healthy and smelled great but only a few flowers..

I placed 4 orders about two weeks before Mothers' Day, all for Mothers' Day. Two were shipped and arrived timely.
The third order was to have arrived on Thursday before Mothers' Day. It was never shipped nor delivered. I am now on my second call to the company trying to straighten this out. Their solution is to have me make a third call to them to check yet again on what went wrong. They are certainly sucking the joy out of sending flowers.
The fourth order was for my daughter in law who lives in an apartment building. Even though I received an email saying the flowers had been delivered, she did NOT receive them. When I insisted that the flowers be resent, the customer representative actually hung up on me. Now they are telling me that it's my responsibility to check with UPS. Again, making this extremely unpleasant.
This is not the first issue I have had with this company. The last time I ordered flowers one out of three orders were mishandled. I specifically ordered a bouquet of Irises to be sent to my friend Iris. Not even one Iris in the bouquet.
I will be posting this review everywhere I can.
Roses were flattened and a one was broken, I purchased a heart ballon and they did not include the ballon either. It was definitely not worth $100 for a tiny bear and broken roses. Was not happy with my purchase at all, and all I wanted was a nice gift for my mom for Mother's Day. Very disappointed.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
