I've ordered from this site twice now, and both times have been disappointed by the flowers that were delivered. They seemed skimpy on the flowers, especially when I upgraded my order (what the recipient got looked just like the regular version).
Ordering process was easy. When choosing my product, I wish there were more Christmas bouquet options with clear vases (as opposed to red).
Reason I came back is you offered me the free shipping through an email after I logged out because I thought the total was to expensive. I would have rather had you do that up front.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
