The plant was delivered to my sister in Florida. I live in North Carolina.
There are way too many fees added in at the end. I get the extra fees for Saturday delivery but wasn't expecting an additional $23 to the order. If i had more time I would shop from another site. I hope these turn out pretty or I will be even more upset!

The shopping online was easy & good, but the delivery time and message that i had written were horrible. Time frame was not acceptable said 330pm didn't arrive till almost 6pm I had dinner reservations had to cancel due to had to wait for the delivery of item. Then the message i had typed for the card was nothing near what i had typed just a bunch of words all mixed up, couldn't understand and for me being the first time buyer it was not a good experience. Even though they credit me the expedited fee, still wasn't happy. It was a very very important day for me it was our 25th SILVER wedding anniversary gift from me to him. Now a days 25th wedding anniversary is unheard of! But yes, not sure if I'm ever using you guys again.

I paid extra to make sure my delivery was same day and before Noon. My order was not received until Saturday and the recipient was there. I am not happy at all. Very disappointed.
Only thing is that the flowers were left on the porch without the receiver being contacted.
If I did not know that they were to be delivered then no telling how long they would have stayed on the porch.

I ordered the premium Christmas tree arrangement $74.99. The arrangement was very full, stood about foot to a foot and a half tall and was absolutely gorgeous. In addition, the flowers were delivered close to the order time specified. I would recommend this arrangement for order to others!

I wish there were more choices of mixed flower arrangements. The price of the arrangement I purchased was pretty good, but after the added amount for delivery, I thought it was a little expensive for what I purchased. I was satisfied with my experience and the time of the delivery. I thought it was a little too expensive for the arrangement and I was disappointed in the way the arrangement looked. I would not have ordered an arrangemt that looked like the one delivered to my friend. I never would've walked out of a store with an arrangement that looked like the one that was delivered to her. It was pretty, but it was no where near as pretty as the one I ordered and paid for on fromyouflowers.com. I didn't expect it to be identical even though I was hoping it would be. It looked nothing like the arrangement I ordered other than a few pink roses and a pink vase that didn't even look like the vase in the picture. I apologized to my friend and told her that's not what I ordered and it was much prettier in the picture. She told me that she could see what I was talking about when I shared her a picture from your website, but that she still liked the flowers and appreciated them. I don't think the arrangement that was delivered was worth that much money. I would've been much more satisfied if the arrangemt I ordered would've looked like the one that was delivered. There were no purple flowers, white flowers were added to the arrangement, and a lot more green seemed to be added as well. I initially thought that I would probably use your services again in the future, but after that experience, I highly doubt I will because I don't know what I'll be getting when I order something from your website.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
