Easy ordering and great quality of the flowers - I wish shipping were less expensive; however, to mitigate that, I only order when I get a "free shipping" or $10-20 off coupon.
Fortunately the flowers looked fine and it was still Christmas themed but my arrangement did not look anything like what I had ordered. More than anything, I was very disappointed with the so called 'Premium' arrangements for it looked pretty much like the Deluxe. I strongly suggest yourflowers.com to have images of flowers by their price points to prevent from having disappointed customers and to speak further, to create higher price points. Thank you
