I ordered the flowers for my aunt who is in the hospital and wanted to cheer her up with Christmas being so close. She called me on video chat so that I could see the flowers. She was very pleased and made her day exciting. I have also received an email stating that I have a credit of $12.39 which expires tomorrow and that I need to purchase something in order to redeem my credit. I have always been reimbursed to my credit card if there was any overage. Just a little confused.

UPDATE: I ordered flowers from fromyouflowers.com on 12/18/2015 and had them scheduled for delivery on Monday the 21st. The flowers actually were delivered on Sat. The 19th with no extra charge. I thought that was magnificent. I called my Step Mother and she said they were very beautiful and she LOVED the vase and the flowers were just so pretty. Thanks again for another superior job. Love your site and will use it all the time.

I had a problem with my order - it was delivered several days earlier than I asked for, and it was a different order than I'd placed! However, the recipient received a new (what I originally ordered) arrangement today which was the correct day.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
