I hate to be surprised by shipping and handling charges at the end of the transaction. You knew up front it was a item to be shipped. At least the base cost of shipping should have been in the advertised cost. It leaves me felling like the actual product is a loss leader and I end up paying more than I expected.
I got the flowers. Very disapointed. I ordered the delux I would call it small. Very disappointed based on what I paid. Will not order from you again.
