Handling was a little high
The flowers and greenery were absolutely gorgeous but the florist who put it together had no idea what they were doing. It did not resemble a Christmas tree. It looked nothing like the picture on the website. On a positive note, the arrangement was delivered in a timely matter
Gift was supposed to be delivered to a business by 5 pm. Business was open until 7:30. Flowers had to be redirected t9o recipients home and they were received quite late.
In the future if deliery cannot be made by guaranteed time, please let customer know. I had to call twice!
