I ordered two deliveries from you. One to Anchorage, Alaska and the other to Los Gatos, CA. I was very dissappointed in both. I did not get the order from the photos on your website. The poinsetta plant on your website was a FULL, BEAUTIFUL BIG POINSETTA PLANT IN A WHITE BASKET, and what was delivered was a sparse plant that was red and had white speckels on the leaf. There was more green leaves than red flowers.
The one to Anchorage was changed because YOU COULD NOT FIND A FLORIST THAT HAD CLYCLAMEN so you called to see if you could change the plant so I said a peace lily which was supposed to be in a pretty ceramic vase but what came was a peace lily in a basket. Then the delivery person made the recipient drive downtown to the Safeway store to pick up the delivery. THAT IS REALLY BAD SERVICE!

The picture online was certainly not what was delivered. It was scrawny and I just realized that they came in a box to be arranged by the recipient. I was disappointed. Thankfully my friend had not seen the picture online and was just happy to get flowers. I truly did not understand what I ordered. Next time I will deal with the flower shop directly.

Unsatisfied. I paid nearly $60 for this order and the rose buds are drooping. They are NOT fresh. Almost dead. Otherwise the arrangement is very pretty. But I'm not happy. I already sent a prior note that no has responded to. I also sent a photo showing a couple of the drooping rose buds.
I had to change the delivery time at the last minute and this was done right away - I truly appreciate your great customer service.
I requested a Christmas Premium floral arrangement and received A basic close to deluxe version of flowers. Even after the second attempt to correct the first delivery.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
