Ordered same day delivery and did not receive order till 2 days later! This has happened each and every time I have ordered. The first time I ordered the delivery was late and no where near matched the description or the picture of the offered item, the 2nd time I ordered the pictures and the description did not quite match up but the floral arrangement was lovely, but it was delivered 2 days late...same day service, special handling hahahaha!

Nice arrangement, they however did not match the picture as well as I had expected. It definitely was not worth paying the Deluxe price as it was not as nice as the basic photo. The delivery was fast.
