Delivery to the receipt was after 8:00PM and not during normal business hours.

At First I was happy to see classy and elegant options available.
Unfortunately, the flowers that received did not look like the picture provided on the website. The colors were mismatched. Instead of a royal blue vase, I received baby blue, which would have been more suitable for a baby shower instead of an anniversary.
Also, While the flowers were fresh, the green plants surrounding them appeared grey and dead.

If the item would have looked more like the picture, then the price would be OK, however, the design quality of the color combo/ and the flowers I received did not reflect the price that I paid.

I did not see any verbiage that indicated the AMOUT that would be ADDITIONALLY charged for delivery and expedited delivery UNTILL IT WAS ADDED TO THE FINAL PRICE. Very deceptive. Order was placed after the 3:00 PM deadline (at 5PM) for the NEXT DAY so why should there be an up charge to have Expediated Delivery?
I dropped by to visit the people I gave the flowers to and it was a lot smaller than I expected. The flowers were beautiful, but I ordered the medium and thought it would be bigger. I'm not sure what time they were delivered - I requested by noon, but never saw a time.

My only disappointment is a credit was applied to my account based on the product not being as described disappeared over time.
After seeing the arrangement today Sunday 1/4/16 I'm disappointed in the quality and quantity of the flowers provided in the arrangement. 16 roses? According to the description when you choose premium it should have more than the picture shown. Obviously that is not the case.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
