Order process was easy with the only issue was that I used Paypal to pay for the flowers but did not receive an order number thus could not track online
The item delivered in no way resembled what I had ordered. Very poor minimal arrangement, three sunflowers for $60.00+! Will never use this site again.

I called customer service and was told I would receive a follow up call once the florist could be contacted, but I did not hear back from anyone. I paid for expedited delivery and was told that would be refunded, but my credit card has not been refunded yet.
