Order process was easy with the only issue was that I used Paypal to pay for the flowers but did not receive an order number thus could not track online
The item delivered in no way resembled what I had ordered. Very poor minimal arrangement, three sunflowers for $60.00+! Will never use this site again.
I was very satisfied. I needed a last minute delivery (on a Sunday) and it went without a hitch!
