Could not deliver order when scheduled - sent apologies - rescheduled for day later - recipient was informed - she's in hospital in PA, I live in FL. Said they were beautiful. Personally didn't see the arrangement upon arrival - candy was also delivered with flowers and hopefully a 'get well' card I requested. She didn't mention the card on chat.
The photo showed sunflowers, but instead they delivered yellow gerberas, which is OK, but I thought I was sending sunflowers to my friends birthdat

Appreciate the same day guaranteed delivery option, if it was upheld. Disappointed the same day order was received two days following. And that I had to contact customer service on three separate occasions to determine the status. I am sure this may be a rare occurrence, but with this order in particular I am not satisfied. Would help to contact the customer weather than leaving them blindsided.

When ordered flowers in the past (from other sites) they showed up before my wife left for the day at 6pm. These arrived early in the afternoon. I will use this site again and again.
Website makes ordering so much easier and convenient. Iordered flowers for a family friend who lost her husband. I went to her house and shortly after the flowers arrived. I was pleased with them and they came from a well noted florist in town. No complaints.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
