I feel your discount is misleading. If I have a discount card for $10 off, your prices should indicate that the discount is already applied, not once I have chosen the flowers I want.Also, $14.99 for a service charge is a little high.

Second time ordering from this website

Second time ordering from this website - the first time the arrangement was as ordered and was beautiful but the second time it was in no way like the picture and had far less flowers than shown in the picture. It was for a special occasion so was disappointing it was not as ordered.

The flowers were supposed to be delivered on Saturday, and were not delivered until Monday. The arrangement is no where near the size or quality that I paid for. This was a terrible experience. It's the floral equivalent of Cake Wrecks.

A mistake was made with the original order

A mistake was made with the original order. We received smaller than ordered arrangement with a sympathy balloon instead of thank you balloon. It took three phone calls to customer service to get a satisfactory solution - which was an upgraded version of the same arrangement (no extra charge) with the correct balloon. After that third phone call I got another call from customer service, asking me to call back. I called three times - on hold for over 20 minutes total. No one ever picked up.

Replacement arrangement was delivered promptly and is lovely. This is a customer service issue, I believe. For that reason - and the amount of time I spent on resolving this problem and trying to reach customer service, I'm not sure I would order from here again, even though the final arrangement was nice.
