The online order process was good. I paid extra for an a.m. delivery and that didn't happen, unfortunately. Very disappointed. This will surely make me look elsewhere next time. Not too happy.

There were 2 delivery delays. I understand that with my delivery being around the holidays that delays can happen. The recipient was extremely impressed with the upgraded flowers that she received, which makes me a very happy customer. Your customer service reps (Grete and I believe Ashley) called in advance to let me know of the delays. They were very pleasant and professional while I called the recipient the ensure they were going to be home on the new delivery date. Great job to all that worked on my order. The recipient was thrilled and promptly sent me a picture of the flowers and I was impressed (as usual).

I ordered these on a Sunday, early evening, asking for a small bouquet of 5 flowers to be delivered between 8-12. Flowered a weren't received until almost 3pm. Wasn't to happy, but they got delivered and it made my hubby happy.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
