I ordered flowers for a funeral on a Saturday and requested Sunday delivery. A customer service representative came online to ask me if I needed help. I asked her if the flowers would actually be delivered on Sunday. "Yes!" was the response. I then asked, "Are there any florists available in Orem, Utah on Sunday to deliver flowers?" "Yes!' was again the response. The flowers were delivered on Monday, after the funeral. I paid a hefty sum and double-checked to make sure they'd be delivered in time for the funeral. I'm sure she followed her instructions, which must have been to assure the customer all would be well without bothering to check whether it actually was. The money was taken out of my account immediately. A con job, in other words. I'd give them no stars if it were possible.
I happened to see the arrangement and I was very disappointed. The arrangement looked nothing like what I ordered. Made several calls and emails. Customer service tried to assist but nothing has really been done.
I'm sure that the floral arrangement was nice but I won't be able to see it due to the fact that it was sent out of state. I feel certain that the Family will be pleased. The website was easy to use and provided a good variety of flowers, plants and baskets.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
