The ordering and checking out process were simple and smooth I hope delivery is same
Super easy! The original arrangement I chose couldn't be sent to that zip code, but I was immediately given a link of products that could ship there. Perfect!
However, the flowers were delivered to the recipient, left outside for about 1/2 hour and froze. But the recipient believes that the flowers were frozen before they were delivered. Called FYF and they will send another shipment tomorrow or the next day - she was not able to confirm.
