Wasn't clear where to put the recipient's name. Selection is limited. I paid the higher price to get the fullest looking flowers. Picture of delivered flowers did not look like that of the choice I made online. Looked like the level 1 flowers instead of level 3.

The flowers were a gift and i had hoped they would be delivered early in the day and they were. The person who received them loved them and sent me a picture. I was very pleased because a lot of florist will show you a picture of what they will deliver for you and it turns out to be something different. This is the second time i have used your company and i am very pleased. I like your prices, and as long as you don't get outrageous with them, i will continue to use you. Thanks again

Hello. I purchased flowers for my mothers bday yesterday. Paid extra for 4hr service. The flowers were dropped and left at the front door same time she was home. They sat outside for a solid 5 hrs in the cold and were wilted and damaged. Kinda bummed because it was for a special occasion.

I WILL ONLY SHOP WITH HENRY HAMPTON. I purchased the flowers yesterday, January 4,2016 for a co-worker and they were beautiful but upon arrival today she made the comment that the flowers were dying and she was correct, the flowers had already started turning brown and wilting and the vase was filled with water. I am not very please with that at all. I spent $60.00 plus dollars for the arrangement. Are you going to send me another arrangement or reimbutse part of my money? I really hate to say this and I know there are other florist out there besides the one I normally use but decided to give you a chance and I am not pleased today with the end product.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
