I thought the arrangement would be bigger for $78.00. I went with the premium and that is not what I got. Very disappointed. Will not order from here again.
No way to know the total before finishing? Not good experience. No way to see variations based on shipping dates? Is it the same price for tomorrow versus friday? How would I know?
The card that was attached to the flowers was not proof read after it was printed and the balloons were not with the original delivery but were brought later after a phone call was made. The local company did address the mistakes. The card issue appeared to be be a format issue and could have been easily corrected. Its in the details.
Did not receive on Saturday as requested but delivered on Sunday. Tried to accommodate.

The flowers were not for me, but I did get a photo. They looked nothing like what I ordered and were more like the special you were running that was slightly cheaper. However, the recipients were very pleased. The arrangement was for a funeral and that was one the family kept.

Overall, both the flowers and the service was amazing. My one critique: the stand on which the flowers were set wasn't very sturdy as it fell over a couple of times. Not sure how much more it would have cost to have a sturdier easel.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
