Only complaint I have is that it was not delivered the same day. Even though they guarantee same day delivery.With everything else it was great.
I like the prices (most competitive in the local market), and was especially happy to use a coupon for free delivery.
The only big criticism I have is that there does not seem to be any option to request a time window for delivery on a particular day. My friend, for whom I ordered the flowers as a birthday surprise, didn't get home from work until after 5pm, and I wish I could have requested home delivery for as late in the day as possible. Given that this is a cold month, it isn't good for the flowers to sit outside on her front porch for long. I just ordered them as close to 2pm as possible and hoped they wouldn't have to sit for long after delivery.
My friend was very happy to receive them, describing them as "beautiful" and "fresh."

We paid extra to have the flowers delivered within 4 hours at 9:30 am yesterday, the flowers didn't make it until after 4pm. Very disappointing because we were planning for it to arrive around lunch time so we could celebrate and surprise her for her bday. I called and received my money back for the additional amount we paid to secure the time frame but it wasn't about the money.
It was supposed to be all roses. It was a combination of roses and carnations. It was a gift from my husband,to our daughter. Very disappointed in the flowers
