The presentation was great, but I paid extra to have the flowers delivered within a four hour time frame and they arrived two hours late. I would appreciate my money back that I paid for the extra service that I did not receive. Other than that, I am satisfied.
The item i selected was supposed to arrive with a blue vase and a few blue flowers in the arrangement (blue being the recipients favorite color)
However when the item arrived the vase was clear and there were no blue flowers. When i contacted fromyouflowes.com to inform them of the situation i was told that flowers are seasonal and possible substitutions were a possibility. Needless to say i was a bit disappointed in my experience with this merchant.
Great except that if I wanted to change my item but not any of my info, I had to restart completely and renter everything! Also, mobile version is glitchy but everything else fantastic! Even calling me to let me know it wasn't going to make it was amazing but then you didn't just stop there! You refunded me the same day charge, put an apology note from you guys, and upgraded my order! Fantastic job guys! Thank you!
Ordered a flower arrangement for my aunt's funeral. When I arrived at the service I looked around the other floral settings until I saw my order. Two (2) lillies in a glass vase. It was embarrassing. Really for $67 just two flowers in a vase. Very disappointed. Won't use you again.
I ordered a succulent arrangement. I understand that the actual arrangement will look different but this is NOT AT ALL what I ordered. It isn't even close. It looks like a high school kid put this arrangement together.
SO far the shopping went fairly easy and very good pricing.
What my daughter received was not even close to what we ordered!...I have pictures of what was received if you care to see them.
