I did not receive the flowers my aunt did and she said they were very pretty.
I was pleased with how user friendly this has been. The arrangement was for a funeral. It arrived promptly and in perfect condition. The arrangement was quite beautiful, and I was very pleased with the presentation.
Flowers where ordered for my Anniversary and where not delivered on the date requested. The only reason I knew they were not delivered is because my wife didn't receive them by end of business, I then logged in and tracked the order and saw that there is a message about "Due to operating conditions, your package MAY be delayed..." I received no email nor phone message indicating that there was an issue as of 5 am the day of original delivery, I only received a email confirming delivery and in that email they state that if not delivered wait 24 to 48 hours, thus doesn't seem acceptable to me.

I was very excited to have my mother receive these flowers for her birthday. She and I have this thing for white roses, however once she received them and took a picture of them, I was completely disappointed! They were not white but they were in fact dyed with a pink color! Needless to say, we both were not happy about this. If I wanted her to have colored roses, I would have ordered her colored roses. I understand the company ships out what is available at the moment but I feel I should have been notified of this before it shipped out. White roses are supposed to pure, not tainted.
