Bouquet was delivered same day, but it was upgraded. However, because the bouquet was delivered to a friend out of state, I have no idea if the bouquet was bigger and better. Hopefully it was.

Overall great products, a little pricy but not too bad. I was told my product would be delivered on Wednesday but it came on Tuesday which was a little unstatisfying.
So far so good just ordered and now waiting for them to show up on time. The only complaint I have is in the letter there was no separation between the note and signed parts. Other than that was a great experience.
I was very upset the the flowers I ordered where delivered two days late. But I did get an upgrade, and a gift certificate to help with the next purchase. Customer service was polite and helpful. I will order again and see how it goes
