The service and handling fee seemed a little high, but I'm still glad that I was able to get same day service. However, we were very dissatisfied with the arrangement. The flowers were poorly arranged. I arrived for mass at the funeral home by 7 pm, and our arrangement was already wilting. Some of the flowers looked as if they were dying within those few hours. I was actually embarrassed to acknowledge that the arrangement was from our family. The Ribbon that we paid extra for, was very simple and looked a little too short for the arrangement. A little pricey but my husband loved his birthday gift basket! :)
My original order for same day delivery was NOT successful (flowers were not delivered until a day later).
Also, the flowers received, although nice, were not the sunflower arrangement reflected in the on-line sample picture.
The Customer Service Rep who assisted me on the phone, knowing that the flowers did not arrive on time, was very nice and professional. Awarded me a 10% discount, which was very much appreciated.
Great arrangement of flower they were beautiful I just feel like they were a little expensive.
I ordered the flowers from the sight expecting to receive something similar to the picture and was not satisfied with the delivered product. The flowers looked very emptied and done in a hurry. I did not receive the red vase the description said I would,but instead a Mason jar with red dye. Overall was not happy with ordered placed way to over priced for what I got.

I will never buy from you again. This was the second time i used you and both times were problematic. The first time i was guaranteed same day delivery, i paid extra for it. My flowers did not get delivered the same day, you refunded my same day delivery fee. The flowers got delivered the next day and they were less than stellar.
This time i thought i'd give you one more chance, i ordered the flowers and again paid an extra delivery fee to have them same day. I was given in writing a guaranteed delivery time of 5:00pm. This was important because my wife's company closes at 5:00pm. At 5:10pm i called my wife and asked if anything special had happened she said no. I called you guys and the lady that answered said she'd check, she had me on hold and then she came back, picked up and hung up on me. She had all my info including phone number so why would she not call me back if this was an accident? I had to call back again and the next lady was very helpful, a credit to your company. SHe called the florist and informed me the flowers were on the way. I had to call my wife back and tell her she had to wait at work until they got there. So much for a surprise.
I have now learned my lesson, two orders, two problems, i will not be giving you a third chance.
** Side note- the flowers she got this time were awesome, so at least yuo 'delivered' on that.

Very quick & easy to use. The only comment I have is that the deliver/handling charge was not disclosed earlier in the transaction. If you are on a tight budget it makes a big difference.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
