All costs should be upfront; I thought the delivery, etc. was included in the price given before finalizing. The order finally arrived after my wife had left for the day. She received it today Friday, which ruined the surprise. I had hoped it would be there on her birthday by 12 noon. She said the flowers are beautiful.
