DIDN'T FIND OUT ABOUT SHIPPING CHARGE TILL THE END. WHY NOT IN THE BEGINING?
Product is good and I think arrived in the "rush" 4 hour window that I paid an additional fee for.
GF was happy delivered on time. I paid for the fast delivery and i think they came around 10ish. Flowers are fresh.
The flowers were delivered on time but they did not look too good. That being said, I did went with the $30 flowers with no upgrades.

It was very unfortunate that when my same day service order did not arrive same day, and I was not notified that it would not be delivered. When I asked my sister to please check to see if a delivery had been made to her house, the answer was no. I was disappointed not only that the gift didn't arrive, but also for the fact that it was not a surprise. I felt I had to ask her (she is recuperating and could have been asleep) because I didn't want an arrangement left and she would not have known.
I will say that as soon as I leaned about the problem and emailed my concerns, I did receive a prompt reply. I still had to follow-up, however, to find out when the flowers would be delivered.

Site order process awesome. Still to see if delivery service is fulfilled. However actual flower arrangement disappointing in size and quality and I even did the upgraded arrangement.
The handling charges were unexpected and a little high. Will have to see how the rest of the service works out.
Called them a couple of hours later to find out the estimated time of delivery and they said it's been delivered. 2 hours later found out it has not been. Called them back now they are saying it's gonna be tomorrow. I said it has to be today and finally they said ok. Saw the flowers next day, I paid almost $60 for it, if I would have seen it I wouldn't have paid $10 for it. Didn't look nowhere close to the pic from size to the looks. I paid extra for a bigger size and I will be amazed if there is a size smaller then the one I received. Will never buy again.

The recipient loved the flowers. The arrangement itself was beautifully done...However, the flowers in it didn't look like they were quality. Some looked like they were already starting to get brown and wither.
