My order was delivered on 1/13/16 but was due be delivered on 1/15/16. They wilted the next day. My mother was not happy with the replacement order and the fact the florist took her flowers, gave her another delivery and said they would be back with her replacement. I had to call and find out if the replacement was from me. It was confirmed it was but because she was not sure, It ruined a seperate ssurprise delivery due on 1/16/16 because we had to tell her we didn't know if they were from me as replacement or her other daughter which she didn't know was sending flowers. It was for my mom's birthday. Everything was ruined. We recently lost our sister to cancer. My mother cried. I was very disappointed. Also, the first customer service rep I called to report the flowers had wilted was very nice and professional. The last customer service rep i spoke to today 1/15/16 was not professional and pointed out to me I paid for the florist created flowers so I shouldn't expect to recieve the same order as the original order that was received. I was mad at her unprofessional manner. Oh well.

Won't buy again from here again, unless they make sure the florist that they use uses flowers that are fresh and they give you your monies worth. Order flowers for my sister Birthday and she stated that the flowers would probably only last another day before their dead. She just got them today.

There is one thing i would like to suggest. I wound up having to redo my order like twice because I wanted to change the options of balloons i had purchased and delete the bear off my order. But it did not have an edit button to just delete the bear you had to cancel the whole order and start over. It would be nice if you could adjust that so you can add or delete extra items at confirmation page of order. Thanks.
I am extremely disappointed with the product that was delivered vs. what i ordered. I will not buy from this site again and do not recommend anyone else using them. There was only a few flowers in the bouquet compared to what i ordered. I will be calling customer service to notify them also in hopes that others dont receive the same thing.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
