Very unsatisfied with the "Designers Choice". I did call your company and expressed my being unsatisfied and after a lengthy conversation with "Jeff" I was told a $20 gift certificate/card would be emailed to me and that has yet to happen. Personally I would prefer a full refund but was advised that because I chose the "Designers Choice" your 100% satisfaction guarantee does not apply. No where on your website is that indicated. Regardless if I chose that selection or not, one would expect better out of skilled-professional designers, as I have been in the floral business myself. It's common sense that if someone is ordering flowers for a January birthday, you don't deliver a bouquet of fall color that is the size of a flower girls bouquet. It's pretty sad when the person you sent flowers to calls to thank you and then says to you,"I sure hope you didn't pay a lot for these flowers because they are skimpy and disappointing". True story! Can you please make sure I at least get my $20 gift certificate?

The process was easy but not knowing all the costs involved until after placing the order was not expected. For the cost the arrangement sent was not what I expected. Very disappointed.
It Was Great, And Fast And Convenient.
The flowers delivered from the florist were "dirty" and left at the front door unattended. The florist said they called, but on one was home so the entered the gate (when someone went in), without calling. When my aunt's daughter called the florist, they were rude and uninterested in listening to her. I will not order flowers from this site again!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
