I ordered flowers for my wife and paid expedited and same day fees. The delivery didnt deliver by noon as promised and when i chatted, emailed and called. You all said by 6pm and then that didnt happen either. The flowers showed up at 715pm which was no longer a suprise for my wife since i was home now. I got a bunch of refunds and gift certificate, but i also placed a 2nd order same day for my sister and it delivered a day early and wasnt even the arrangement i ordered.
