Pleased with the product, I thought by the description that there were orange roses but they were red. It was still pretty, didn't like the 14.99 charge on top of the flower price and couldn't see that until check out. Overall satisfied though.

Saturday - I did not personally see the product, but I did hear from the recipient that it arrived and he was satisfied.

I wish you guys called, texted, or emailed me that the delivery wasn't going to be sent on the same day. I also don't believe I wasn't upgraded as I was told. Those are my only complaints.

Wanted an arrangement for 25 year old step son of my son killed in auto accident. Since these arrangements are usually taken home, did not want my daughter-in-law to see a funeral arrangement every day. The zen feel of this arrangement was precisely what I wanted.

Great selection of same-day choices but even though I paid for guaranteed service before noon, I did not receive it. This was twice. Probably won't use you again.

The bouquet looked beautiful in a picture. I did think the vase was pictured In purple and the one sent was just a clear vase with purple ribbon. I chose it partly because of the purple vase as the person is very fond of purple. It was very timely.

The spray was beautiful with the glowers available. I would have preferred more red as advertised, than pink. The calla lilies were a nice touch. All that said, I am fine with the order.

Flowers arrived as scheduled. However, the flowers that arrived were not as pictured.
I paid for premium flowers. Were supposed to be large white roses with purple stock.
What arrived was pink stock, pink roses and four tiny white roses. It did not have as many
Roses as pictured. The only think consistent was the purple bow! I would not order from

My Mother is in a nursing home in Virginia while I live in Nebraska. I can only visit every 3 months so I just want my Mother to know that I think of her everyday!
