I placed an order in the morning for same day delivery for my mom's birthday. Delivery times were supposed to be between 9am-6pm. At 5pm I called to verify that the delivery was on its way since that 6pm delivery deadline was quickly approaching, at which point customer service called the local florist but was unable to get ahold of them. However she did guarantee that delivery would happen later in the evening. She said that I need to wait till 6pm to call back. At 7pm still no flowers so I called customer service again, she was still unable to get ahold of the florist and unable to give me any updates on the delivery, and of course no guarantees this time. With the deadline past and no updates on the delivery status, I decided that it was time for a refund (which was in no way simple). In the end, I will never be ordering through this company again and recommend all those that actually want their flowers delivered on a specific date to choose a different company.

I just hope the flowers are nice. I am ordering on blind faith here. This is for my wife's funeral service.

The flowers on the easel came out beautifully. But the bouquet in the vase was so so because the flowers used were already wilting when I got them. HOpefully they will hold up for tomorrow. I will have to rearrange them and perhaps add in some fresher roses to make it more lively. But overall, I am happy with both orders

Pleased with the product, I thought by the description that there were orange roses but they were red. It was still pretty, didn't like the 14.99 charge on top of the flower price and couldn't see that until check out. Overall satisfied though.
