After a lot of time choosing and setting up order a handling fee was added for $14.99. That was very disappointing. I purposely made choices based on pricing and was not expecting that to be added in. At this point I didn't want to go back and re do and I think I will like the arrangement I choose. Had I know the added handling charge, I would of not ordered from you. Others were cheaper.

The flowers were supposed to be delivered on 5/15 with special instructions starting so. However, the flowers arrived on 5/13. While it's nice to have them early rather than late, the flowers were supposed to be a suprise along several other gifts arriving on 5/15. My wife thought I got her birthday wrong. Please read the notes and requested delivery date next time, thanks.

Plant was delivered to Funeral Home so I have no idea what it looks like but I did called to make sure they received it and she confirmed it was the peace plant I had ordered. Thank-you so much for getting it there in such a short time..
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
