I am extremely displeased with the delivery of the flowers. They were not delivered at the time or place requested. They were a surprise for my girlfriend and they called her and all but forced her to take delivery hours early and when she was out celebrating her birthday with friends/family at a business forcing her to leave the flowers in her car while it was very cold causing damage to the flowers. Not happy!
