Easy and efficient to use. Got something for my girlfriend so I'll have to ask her what she thinks of it. Does seem maybe a bit high priced given the shipping cost, but it may be worth it for the quality.

Too busy
I didn't like being notified of the "Shipping/Handling" fee at the end of the purchase. I thought my purchase would be $46. Instead it was $61 at check out! A little disappointing. I understand you have fees like this, I would just like to know up front. I will probably stick with Pro Flowers or Sherrie's Berries in the future. I did like being able to use PayPal though!
The flowers that arrived were pretty but they did not match the picture online. I know they can't and won't be exact but they weren't even the colors pictured online. They were still nice flowers and I will continue to order flower from your site.
Flowers arrived om time (overnight). Colors & flower types did not match photo depiction. Price was very reasonable... I guess you get what you pay for. I was in a pinch, they came through.nce. I DO NOT like the opt out magazine subscription slipped into the bottom of the ad.

I greatly enjoyed how easy it was to order from this service even as last minute as the night before. They were delivered before noon just as promised and I was extremely pleased with that. My one concern is how much I paid for what was received. I understood the different levels of Premium vs. the other levels of purchase when it came to a flower purchase (as that is the one they explained on the website) but I do not understand what the difference in levels regarding my balloon purchase. I did not see a difference between the regular balloon bouquet and the one that was sent as the highest level ("Premium" I believe) of upgrade. Was I paying for an upgrade that only affects flower purchases? Or is the image shown misleadingly the highest level of upgrade?

Okay flowers okay delivery
I was pleased that the flowers were what was presented. I spoke to receipient and she said
They were fresh and that there was a nice variety of plants in the garden and had a few fresh flowers

I ordered I asked them to be delivered on the 18th. I had to call them back and make it the 19th when
The receipient was not well enough and may not be home until late in day on the 18th. I was assured
That change was made to the 19th. It was fortunate she came home early enough on 18th to receive them
The bouquet looks NOTHING like what I ordered. I paid for a deluxe pretty please with lots of colors and different flowers. The one that arrived did not look deluxe in size and only had daisies, carnations, a few roses and baby's breath. Not close to the photo of "pretty please" very disappointed. They had lost two family members on the same day, I wanted these flowers to bring joy and a smile to their face, and I trusted your company and what you advertise, to deliver exactly what I purchased.
Easy ordering and delivery was on time. The actual product looked just like the photo on the website. Very pleased.
I had to call in to find out what happened to the delivery I had requested Sunday delivery and received no communication that it couldnt be delivered. I called on Monday around 5pm and flowers had not yet been delivered so I had to call the person (spoiling the surprise) to ensure she contacted me once they were received. Other than the lack of communication, the price and quality of the flowers delivered were excellent.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
