Great variety to choose from both floral & gift items! Shipping & delivery was too high & then an additional fee to deliver before noon. My daughter sent me a pic after she received her bouquet & it looked a little sparse. Thank you!
First of all you didn't deliver the flowers on the day I requested and was promised.
You shouldn't promote on your website that flowers can be deliver on the same day within 4 hours.

I was very hesitant at first, but I'm so very glad that I still ordered from you beautiful people omg! I love the flower vase it was/is absolutely breath takingly beautiful, it was very very amazing!
And the customer service is spectacular. The called me and informed me that they weren't t going to be able to deliver the day I wanted the flowers to be delivered due to he fact that there was no florist open and of course I understand it was Sunday. But the fact that they called and notified me means everything. Thank you guys so much! I will order from no one else but you guys from now on.
