It was very easy and quick but I didn't receive my order when I was suppose to it was delivered a day late after I payed for it to be delivered same day and within 4hrs and the arrangement looked awful this was by far the worst I have ever gotten from you flowers my pass experiences where great but this time I was very disappointed with the quality of service and the arrangement

The order did not arrive until the very end of the work day. I used your service because the website implies quicker service than what I got. Next time I'll use a local florist in Buckhead and ensure an earlier than 5 pm delivery.
I think it's ridiculous that you reel customers in with good prices and even credits but then chart a large shipping and handling rate. That's super disappointing. Only continued order because I didn't want to spend anymore time of this.

I've had 3 bad experiences. First bad experience was when I ordered flowers for the delivery of my neice. I knew I purchased a balloon. When I went to the hospital I did not see the balloon. I asked my sister and she said it didn't come with one. I questioned my actions, but seeing these posts as well as my two other experiences I realized it wasn't my fault. #2: ordered flowers. Received a call the day the flowers were supposed to be delivered as a birthday gift. They said: "we do not deliver to this area". Leaving me with no gift, having to buy a last minute late present. If you do not have a driver for that area. Why would you allow that city to be an option. You think I'd learn my lesson from there, but I did not. I purchased flowers for my friend who's uncle has passed. I was unable to make the funeral, so I placed an order for the flowers to go to her house under same day delivery(2/6). I did not hear from my friend, usually she will send a message, until the next afternoon. I checked my email the next day(2/7), and it said, "your flowers were delivered 2/6". My friend told me in her message that she received them 2/7. So was that an intentional lie by the company? I am very upset with these three instances and have learned my lesson as to not give any more chances. They gave me 20% off my order, however that is not the point. If you order something and pay for either same day delivery or an added on ballon, you should get that with your purchase. It's ridiculous how unreliable a seemingly large corporation can be.

First time using flowers.com was great. The flowers were delivered in a timely manner and got an email when the flowers were delivered. This time wasn't that great. Flowers were eventually delivered the next day after two failed attempts to resolve via email with no reply. Finally reached someone via phone who resolved the issue.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
