I continue to use From You Flowers as it is the best way for me to send flowers from the UK to California.
I am not happy with the overlapping 'discounts' I am receiving and would welcome a simpler approach say points, credits etc. As from what I can see the discounts aren't really there for me.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
