I continue to use From You Flowers as it is the best way for me to send flowers from the UK to California.

I am not happy with the overlapping 'discounts' I am receiving and would welcome a simpler approach say points, credits etc. As from what I can see the discounts aren't really there for me.

The initial flowers were starting to wilt. I called customer service and the flowers were reordered and redelivered in a timely manner. The second set of flowers were much nicer. Thank you for your great customer service and getting my problem resolved.

I was disappointed that the sale price was listed lower on the ad than when I went to checkout. My total bill was almost three times higher! That was unfair advertising! I will think again before purchasing from your site.

The one thing I don't like about the site is that, when you check a box, the computer upgrades to a higher value.This time I ordered 4 days out and "expedited service" was added to the final review and I hadn't picked it. Otherwise, I am satisfied with the website and have used it for quite some time. I like the ease and variety of your site!
