The flowers in the picture of what I thought I was ordering did not match what my friend received. Her arrangement only had 1/3 of the flowers shown. Very disappointed and definitely not what I paid for the arrangement.

I ordered the Happy Memories Bouquet for my sisters birthday from her son that passed away a few years back. The reason I ordered this one was because of the Blue Delphinium and white lilies. I've ordered this same bouquet every year since his accident. This is the only time I was NOT happy with how it turned out. Yes it had white lilies and yellow roses but Blue was his color and that part was sadly missing. I understand that this site out sorces to local florists BUT there is a reason I choose the image and I've done so in the past with huge satisfaction. She loved them but she said it felt off. That's my only complaint. Otherwise a very beautiful arrangement.

I upgraded my flowers to the highest option available and what I received was not worth $90 worth. The other flowers aren't even bloomed besides 2 of them and its only a dozen roses. Plus I paid extra to have it delivered before 12 it didn't get to the person until almost 2

Easy to use, great price keep up the great job, I liked the follow up call I got when someone noticed the name on my greating car was different from my credit card,I used my middle name, that meant a lot to me. And I appreciate it.

The online shopping was so easy. The flowers were gorgeous just what I order but the delivery was not as well as the promptness I had to make several calls to see what was going on with my order and when it will be delivered took 2 days when I played to be delivered that same day
